Swedish Massage: A general form of massage, swedish massage incorporates long and gentle strokes to calm the nervous system, ease muscular tensions, and put the body at ease.  Aiding the body to rid itself of metabolic waste's our swedish massage will accomodate your specific needs giving your body a chance to refresh and relax.  Offered in 60 and 90 minute sessions.

Orthopedic Massage: Orthopedic or Deep Tissue Massage as you may know it, is a specific style of massage treating specified areas of muscular dysfunction, sprains & strains, spasms, adhesions and joint dysfunction.  Slower, shorter strokes, friction, compression, and hydrotherapy may be used to help restore and re-align the body's muscular tissues.  Stretches are incorporated to aide in increasing range of motion with swedish strokes to flush out metabolic waste.  Offered in 30 and 60 minute sessions.

Pregnancy Massage:  Pregnancy massage is a wonderful experience for mom to be!  A gentle massage to ease the low back ache's, slight ankle swelling, fatigue, cramps & spasms, and increase your flexibility to help your weight bearing joints adjust to the transition your body is making.  Studies have also shown that women who received massage while pregnant had a better balance of emotions, fewer complications during the birthing process, and overall less stress which means less stress on your baby too!  Offered in 60 and 90 minute sessions. 

Stress Buster Massage:  This short massage is tailored to treat the chronic high stress area of the back, neck, and shoulders.  Areas suseptible to irritation, spasms, headache, and fatigue are treated in a time span than can easily fit into your busy day.  Perfect for the person who needs massage on the go!  Offered in 30 minute sessions.

Cancellation Policy & No Shows:

All appointments require 24 hours notice for cancellations except for emergencies only.  A cancellation or no show results in a cost to the provider office as well as affects the course of treatment plan for the patient.
