This is my first massage what should I expect?
You should expect to arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a health history form. The therapist will ask you a series of questions about your preferences for the massage and you will be instructed on how to get onto the massage table.
How early should I arrive for my session?
You will want to arrive 10-15 minutes early to make any updates to your health history form as needed or to use the restroom.
Is there parking? Is there a fee?
Yes there is parking and it is free. You will park in the back of the medical building and the back entrance is open. You will go up the small flight of stairs and the suite will be on the right.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Right now Cash and Personal Checks. You can pay with credit cards through PayPal right now, credit card processing is coming soon.
Are gratuity’s necessary?
While gratuity’s are always appreciated they are not necessary and should only be left if you wish to do so. We are happy to work with you to bring you to a healthy you!
When buying a package deal do I have to pay the full cost upfront or pay as I go?
In order to take advantage of the package deal it must be paid in full up front. After you purchase your package deal you will receive an acknowledgement email and a request for dates and times that you'd like to book your appointments for.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation requires at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment. Please call at 585.201.8181 to cancel your appointment or send a text message to that number, do not email. Notice less than 24 hours or a no-show will result in a charge for half your session and any further appointments will require pre-payment to the session. 
What happens if I am late for my appointment?
Unfortunately your time cannot be extended due to client appointments following your session. You can still have your massage but you will be charged the full price of the session.
When can I contact you to book an appointment?

If you are trying to book an appointment you will want to do so 2 days prior to when you want it as we are often booked and can’t guarantee a same day appointment. Where did you train to be a massage therapist?
Ancelin attended the The Onondaga School for Therapeutic Massage and has been a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist since October 2008. License # 022169.
What areas of the body are exposed during a massage?
Only the region being massage is exposed, the rest of the body is draped with a sheet and blanket so you remain covered during your session. No areas of the genitals are ever exposed.
Are there any erotic services included?
Absolutely not! All massage services are non-sexual and non-erotic, do not ask. If any inappropriate behavior ensues during the massage your session will be terminated and full payment is expected.
Why can’t I book a Saturday appointment online, why must I call?
Saturday appointment requests require a phone call because I have a shared office. This is to ensure that the time slot is available to you and we do not have to call you to make a cancellation.
Where will I store my belongings?
Your clothes and personal items will be in the room with you at all times. We ask that you please turn off your cell phone so your session as well as others is not disturbed.
